Opening Speaker at CS/HotSpot

Once again I have been asked by Computer Sweden to act as the opening speaker at their quarterly breakfast seminar C/S HotSpot. The main topic for this HotSPot is the very hot area of system integration.

Although my professional focus these days is mainly into strategy and business development, rather than system integration per se, system integation is often both an enabler and a natural effect of the decided strategies.

However, integration may not only be a side effect of a new business strategy. There are also a host of other reasons for integation, cost savings, increased organizational effectiveness and technical requirements being some of the most often mentioned.

At HotSpot I will elaborate on the a recent study by Computer Sweden on the subject of who is in control of system integation and the reasons for initiating system integration.

If you like to attend CS/HotSpot please visit Computer Sweden's website at: HotSpot Seminars

You might want to check out my speech at last year's CS/HotSpot on a similar subject. Follow the link "Maj 2004" in the right column.
