Well,
the boating season is over. For the first time Web Commander was hauled
out at this very small boat club. Only about 20 boats spend the winter on
the grass lawn in front of the diminutive club house.
The
main reason for switching from Wasa Yachts is the fact that the club is
much closer to home. In fact, it is only a 10 minute walk away. Performing
all those small checks and maintenance will be much easier I hope.

Haul out was much later than usual this
year. The reason was mainly a series of delays with getting two major
repairs done. One was the replacement of the the old aluminium gas tanks
with new stainless steel ones. The other was the fitting of new windows
all round and fitting of new window rails. I am sure I will return to
these two projects shortly.
