Management for Hire

Strategy Consultants are often assigned with rather precise assignments as advisors or facilitators. But sometimes the tasks at hand may not be so easy to define in time or scope. That is when the need for interim management or management for hire becomes evident. That is also why I gladly accept management for hire assignments from time to time.

Parallel with my consulting assignments I have been hired as:

  • COO of customer magazine publisher Spoon Publishing AB (24 months, part time)

  • Project manager for a Canon trade show targeting VIP-customers in northern Europe. Assigned by Canon Svenska AB (9 months, part time)

  • Information Manager for the newly founded Telge-group including, 10 companies, 850 employees and  3 500 MSEK in sales (6 months, part time)

  • Project Manager for three projects within the Telge-group; New logotype & graphic design guide lines, a new intranet and a new type of company presentation (6 months, part time)

  • "Keynote manager" responsible for design and recruitment of top of the line speakers for Canon Tech Expo in Paris.  Assigned by Canon Europe Ltd, (12 months, part time)
